I decided to greet the morning sun izklazak, the symbols of the city, the tower - the lighthouse at the mouth of the Danube Tamis. Having come to the tower is a sight awaited me, unfortunately, characteristic of the present level of environmental awareness. River banks were covered with huge amounts of rubbish, mainly PET packaging. So we organized the next two weeks, while most people rested in their homes, set to work and started the cleaning of our dear Tamis. From the JKP "Hygiene" we got a boat, plastic bags and actions could begin ...
With good weather, the river and talking during the two days we collected about 300 bags of various wastes and clean up of the diameter of 50 meters around the towers themselves. Nažlost, although the media are invited citizens to join the action, unless the club members, godparents and friends, no one has responded to the call.
